As part of our re-entry protocol we are asking that members register weekly to assure we are following the CDC occupancy guidelines. Each person (including children) attending the service must be registered. Seating is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.

• PLEASE NOTE - To finalize your registration, all persons will be asked to acknowledge your agreement with the GEFWC Covid 19 Liability Waiver. Acknowledgment for children under the age of 18 will need to be completed by a registered guardian.
